+1 hour to our sleep

+1 hour to our sleep

On the night from Saturday to Sunday, October 29th at 4 o'clock in the morning, we will turn our clocks one hour back. And while we sleep for an hour longer, according to expert observations, getting used to the new regime ususally takes place within two weeks.

In general, the main goal is saving and rational use of electricity, in more than 100 countries around the world. For the first time, the transition to daylight saving time held in Great Britain in 1908.

In 2011, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine tried to cancel the clock transition to winter time, but the ruling was abolished.

So, do not forget to turn your clock 1 hour back.
