Bearings for washing machines

If you noticed leakage, wierd noises or oil spots on the clothes - be sure, your washing mashine is broken. And one of the obvious causes may be a defective bearing.

When the usage is correct, life span of the bearing is appr. 5-8 years, but it happens that bearing operates for more than 15 years. However, if you continuously overload the bearing - it reduces the life of the washing machine.

Bearings in washing machines are divided into single row and double row. On vertical washers, replacing the bearings comes together with supports. Many modern washing machines are manufactured with non-detachable (cast) tanks, in this case it is necessary to change the tank completely. When replacing the beairng of the washing machine very importsnt to replace the oil seal.
