How to draw a malfunction of bearings in a vacuum cleaner?

Signs of this are:

- the problem with collecting garbage (the suction is normal, but garbage is going badly - probably, the problem is in a roller bearings. You need to unscrew the brush roller and clean it. It shouldn't be any garbage;

- malfunction of the engine (take the motor of the vacuum cleaner and lightly shake it. If the shaft will rock from side to side - be sure, the bearing is broken);

- the smell of burned rubber (it is necessary to check the rotation of the roller brush, if rotation is tight, then pre-lubricate the bearing, but if the problem remains - replace it);

- strong buzz and "roar";

- overheating of the collector (sparking or physical wear of the bearing).

How to replace the bearings:

- first of all, draw the scheme of arrangement and connection of all parts and wires, so that, not to have an extra details or do not forget where to fix them;

- remove the brushes and unscrew the screws;

- remove the engine cover, using a small hammer and a screwdriver. Do it carefully and try not to damage the winding;

- carefully remove the bearing from the shaft with a small hammer and a small tube of the required diameter or two bars;

- install new bearing;

- collect everything back.
