Turn the clock back

On the last Sunday of October Ukraine turns to winter time. It held on the night from Saturday to Sunday the 30th of October at 4.00 a.m.

The question about the necessity of this change is much spoken and generates  ambiguous discussions in society. Supreme Council of Ukraine has canceled this rule in September 2011 and left summer time. However, in October, the same year, reversed its decision.

In general, to the summer and winter time turn in more than 100 countries. This is done in order to save energy and maximize the use of daylight.

So, do not forget the turn the clock 1 hour back.
