Vertical stationary case is appointed for mounting and fixation directly on the shaft or with the help of clamping sleeves of ball bearings, spherical ball bearings and roller bearings of a cylindrical shape of the outer ring.

Usage:

Used with three types of sealings:

- felt (rotation speed V up to 4 m/s);

- double-circuit (rotation speed V up to 7 m/s) - universal, designation ZD);

- V-type sealing (rotation speed V more than 7 m/s).

Peculiarities:

Seat place under the bearing has precision H8 and allows free movement in two directions which compensates possible changes in length of the shaft due to the thermal expansion or tolerance for accuracy during installation. Additional alignment is provided by two fastening holes of the body of elongated shape.

Installation:

Cases are universal. For bearings installation are used distant rings (PU type). Ring selection depends on the type of the bearing. We recommend you to entrust this task to our manager of online service: ebearing.
